EventsByJuls is a personalized, full service wedding and event planning company that fulfills your personal needs to create events that are spectacular and memorable. We work with you to transform your event concept, creating an event that leaves you and your guests with a sense of joy and happiness. Flowers
We provide bright, beautiful floral decorations that fit any budget and theme.  Our floral experts can produce centerpieces, chuppas, room decorations, and table displays for any occasion.  In addition, we offer the option of using silk florals, in combination with, or in place of fresh flowers. Big wedding coming up? Use us as your wedding planner and get it done right!

Entertainment
We work with a wide variety of disc jockeys and live bands to create a custom musical experience for your event.  In addition to musical entertainment, we can provide other vendors including magicians, tarot card readers, masters of ceremonies, green screen photographers and balloon, caricature, airbrush and tattoo artists.  Our wide array of professional entertainers will keep your guests amused and engaged, whether you need them for a short period of time, or throughout the entire event.

Photography / Videography 
Our professional photographers and videographers will work with you to capture every memory from your special event.  Offering a variety of stylistic approaches, from the traditional to more candid and relaxed, our team will create your unique story, image by image.  Aside from photographing the event itself, our photographers also offer studio and location shoots to supplement and/or enhance all your visual needs.

Catering
Whether you prefer sit-down or buffet, box lunches or gourmet baskets, our caterers will design a menu tailored to your taste.  The type of occasion, as well as your unique preference, will shape your specially designed menu.  No matter what type of celebration you have planned, we guarantee a festive feast!

Decor
Our expert staff will help you with all your decorating needs.  We can provide props, linens, equipment rentals, dishes, cutlery, balloons, ice carvings, place cards and centerpieces.   We also have a wide array of concession machines including cotton candy, sno cones, popcorn and margaritas.  These individual food/beverage stands can add just the right touch to any special event.

Venues
Picking the proper venue is an essential part of the event planning process.  Our staff will help you pick out the best location to fit your specific needs.  We have relationships with many restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, country clubs, and outdoor recreational facilities.  We also specialize in creating wonderful events within private homes.  Whatever your preference, whether it is a small home-based party or a large event in a hotel ballroom, we will make sure the venue works for your party.

Transportation
We can facilitate all your transportation requests. Perhaps you want a limousine to take you to your event.  Maybe you want to provide a bus to take guests from one facility to another.  A special van may be required to transport visitors who have physical limitations.  Whatever your needs may be, we are here to coordinate and help.

Favors and Gifts
Add to the festivities with a selection of party favors guaranteed to please your guests. Young and old will appreciate the thought and the gift. We can help you choose from a variety of fabulous personalized or generic favors including chocolates, novelties, mints, playing cards, frames and many other wonderful items.  If you have a special theme planned for your event, we can coordinate the favors to go along with that theme.  The possibilities are endless!

Themes
If you are interested in having a theme for your event, our staff is here to help.  Whether you are having a wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, birthday, quinceanera, confirmation, corporate event or convention, we can help you with everything from picking the theme, to coordinating it to flow throughout your entire event.  Popular genres include sports, hobbies, movies, candy and music.  We can incorporate any theme you wish and make it come to life with special props, centerpieces, linens, favors, food and entertainment.  If you dream it, we can theme it!

Finally, there is Julie Littman who we believe is one of G-D’s ambassadors on earth. With coolness, professionalism, integrity and a big heart , she took us from confusion to fulfilling a mitzvah. She helped us create an event that is burned in our memories . Julie is one of the finest individuals we know and we are better for knowing her.
